I have pain in my glands on the right side of my neck, under my jaw and all the way down, that hurts particular when i palpitate the area and swallow.

Tender neck lymph no: For how long, did you had a similar event in the past? Do you have any R side tenderness along the pharynx, tonsil, ear, TM joint, Any other area with enlarged lymph nodes? Has the size enlarged? any evidence of infection? You need to see a Doc, have a good examination, have an aspiration of the content of a lymph node for: culture and cytology. please let me know.
