Any Dental Problems?: A dental problem/infection could be a possible cause for your right sided throat pain. If you have symptoms associated with any of the your teeth in the lower jaw on the right side, you may want to have an evaluation with your dentist. If there is no tooth related symptoms, you should see you family physician.
