Possibly: It is possible. Three scenarios: At 10dpo, a fertilized egg may still not have implanted in the uterus. 2) the "timing" of ovulation could be later than predicted, 3) the pregnancy test kit was defective (nothing is perfect), all of which could cause your pregnancy test be negative. I would wait a week and recheck to be sure.
