1/2nd april had light pink spotting for 2 days but ever since thats started ive been having lower back cramps and small what feels like period cramps and tender boobs/nipplnot pregnant no sti what else could this be?, never had this problem before

If no chance of: pregnancy. Likely delayed ovulation, from polycystic ovarian syndrome/insulin resistance, or hypothyroidism, to name a few possible reasons.
