We do not ever guess: Cramping is in no way a symptom of early pregnancy. I would advise one more test to make sure the first one was not accurate.

Unlikely: Urine pregnancy tests are actually pretty accurate. However, nothing is 100%. You could have conceived too recently for the test to show positive. If your period doesn't come within a week, take another test.
