See answer: Bubbles in urine may not indicate anything important. Sometimes it may indicated excess protein in the urine(proteinuria). If you are concerned have your physician do a dipstick test for protein in the urine. The test may be available OTC. For health anxiety CBT(cognitive behavioral therapy)can be very helpful. HEALTH WORRIES: Nothing that you have said makes me overly concerned about any acute or emergent medical issues. You should discuss this anxiety with your parents and with your doctor. I think that both sources can help greatly in reducing your anxiety.
