Insulin 28: Do you mean fasting insulin or fasting blood glucose? There is no need to measure insulin. If you blood sugar level is normal, relax! If the blood sugar is high you need more insulin. If the blood sugar is low you need less insulin. I presume you have Type 1 diabetes. If so you should consider continuous insulin infusion. Your primary doctor should be able to help you with this.
