RUQ pain: Consider evaluation of gall bladder by either , ultrasound or CT of abdomen/pelvis-. CT abdomen pelvis may be better because it shows more of the abdomen as well like posterior masses, ovaries, kidneys to make sure you are not missing something since it has been there a year. Sometimes may be disc issues so MRI or lumbar /thoracic spine may show something if everything else is negative.
