Have had daily nausea and cramps for over a month. colonoscopy, bloodwork and abdominal pelvic ct scan with contrast all normal. scan report did say i had a compressed stomach. thoughts? endoscopy? been hiv + for 35 yrs?

Findings so far combined with symptoms suggest among others a possible functional disorder from the gastroparesis spectrum/ median arcuate ligament syndrome. Structurally extending work up to pancreas if endoscopic studies are pursued may provide further useful information.
