Unlikely: The treatment of your ankylosing spondylitis should include anti-inflammatory medication!!! This should also be sufficient to treat your ankle/tendon swelling unless something ELSE is going on (eg GOUT can be worsened by some anti-inflammatory medications) Consult with your Rheumatologist!
