I had 2 quality ct scans 10 month apart. 1st clear 2nd shows 4mm nodule. rescan or insignificant? i suffer from fatigue and had some weightloss.

I would need to know: ...why the 2nd scan was done. Do you have on going respiratory problems? Do you smoke or have workplace exposure to dust, smoke or noxious chemical fumes? What other tests have been done re: fatigue & weight loss? A 4mm nodule is very small. A single chest CT exposes you to the equivalent of 2+ years of natural radiation exposure. Talk to your MD about benefit vs risk of a 3rd scan.
