Biopsy will tell: there are several causes of a thickened urterine lining: Hyperplasiis, polyps, horomonal ( estrogen excess) can also cause a thicker uterine liniing. A D&C and a pathologist reading of your biopsy will reveal what the cause is. Cancers themselves can be either slow or fast growing but the process begins long before it is noted. No need to speculate - await th epatholgoist report.
