No: Your doc can't do anything to you unless you give informed consent! At least in the US at the present time. If you don't want to get pregnant at this time of your life there are plenty of safe, effective, and long lasting methods of contraception available and you should have a long discussion with your doc about what's right for you. You don't want multiple surgeries!!
