Insurance: Each insurance plan is different: how much they cost, deductibles, what is covered, etc,etc. No one answer can satisfy your question. Without even knowing what your major procedure is, impossible to guess. Why not ask the surgeon who is treating you? Their staff should be of some help.

Insurance: Every policy is different. Insurance companies tailor coverage to the purchaser's requirements. Ask your HR Department at work. Talk to the Zoral Surgeon. They should be able to give you guidance as it pertains to your anticipated "major oral surgery."
