Need to find out!: B"sd waking up with a headache is a "red flag" symptom of potentially serious condition. By the way do you have a carbon monoxide alarm at home. If this is of recent onset you need immediate medical evaluation - ie today! Even if chronic would not put off seeing a physician for more than a few days.
