i inhaled mould and bleach and have been sleepy, sick, can't eat, head hurts, temputure, and throat and lungs burn and coughing a lot what do i do?

Mold and bleach.: Sounds terrible. See a doc to check you nose, chest etc. First get away from that environment. Breath healthy air. Treat supportively. Your doctor would best do that after he examines you. High levels of mold can have minor nervous systems effects but they do not linger.
