No: Sorry your having all these problems. Pregnancy can be difficult. You need to get some labs done. Make sure they check your iron in addition to your electrolytes. Pregnant women who have headache all the time can sometimes have a condition known as benign intracraniel hypertension. Vomiting can cause headaches and serious electrolyte problems. Go see the doctor today.
