This is very common.: It is very common to have no symptoms of pregnancy at 5 weeks. Many women do not get morning sickness at all. So don't worry and take good care of yourself and your baby. If you have pain, bleeding, dizziness, etc. then get seen right away. Otherwise, time will certainly lead to symptoms of pregnancy sooner or later. I hope you have smooth sailing and all goes well!
