The numbers look fine to me. If ectopic pregnancy is suspected, vaginal ultrasound should be done. On BabyMed website: in most normal pregnancies, at hCG levels below 1,200 mIU/ml, the hCG level usually doubles every 48-72 hours and normally increases by at least 60% every two days.

Ultrasound examination is the usual way to check for ectopic pregnancy. Your HCG levels appear normal and are not indicative of ectopic pregnancy. Do keep in touch with your doctor for proper antenatal care. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
