Irregular bleeding: Fibroids can often produce some irregular bleeding. It is also possible, with the mucous discharge and the spotting, that this is bleeding from ovulation which usually occurs 12-14 days after the first day of your last period. I would want to know if you have had any new sexual partners, to rule out an infection. If not, I would reassure you that this is normal.
