What you described is suggestive of spontaneous loss of an early pregnancy. It occurs in 25% of early pregnancies, mostly due to chromosomal defects in the embryo. You may do a pregnancy test to see if you may be or may have been pregnant. If you get excessive bleeding, see a doctor or go to the ER of a hospital. Wish you good health!
