Depends on height: Forty-three kilos may be too little bit it does depend on your height as well as family history. If you weigh much less than you should according to your height and family history, the best way to gain weight would be a combination of dietary counseling and weight lifting. If your weight is appropriate for your height and family history then I would do nothing.
