You want muscle but do not want more fat! in the usa, most woman like a trim, tallish (that's you) man with a relatively light frame (that's you). Make friends with a bunch of gym guys and do resistance training as part of who you are; and ignore anything folks tell you about adding food. Staying trim's important. Good luck.
