Premenstrual syndrom: B"sd by definition - Wikopedia ofers: Physical symptoms associated with the menstrual cycle include bloating, lower back pain, abdominal cramps, constipation/diarrhea, swelling or tenderness in the breasts, cyclic acne, and joint or muscle pain, and food cravings. The exact symptoms and their intensity vary significantly from woman to woman, and even somewhat from cycle to cycle and over time.

Body's reaction: It sounds like you may have been dehydrated from the diarrhea -that would explain the thirst and dizziness. Thirst 'lags behind' volume status-so you were already dehydrated by that time. Dizziness can occur when blood volume is low-remember your heart has to pump UP to the head. Not enough circulation there, you'll be dizzy. You maybe felt the heart working harder? Blood sugar higher b/c stress!
