See your MD: See your MD for a full exam. Take a pregnancy test. Your MD needs to give you a full exam and take a careful history as this can have many causes. For symptomatic treatment, you can rest, ice, elevate and use your socks to compress. Make sure you are not pregnant before taking any NSAIDs which can help for relief until you can see your MD. Good luck.
