White spots tonsils: are c/w pus/bacterial infection of tonsils (an exposed lymph node at junction mouth/throat). Could this be a form of STD? Yes. Yet could also be more common streptococcus. Current diagnostic standard: grow bacteria from swab of pus (while blood cells eating bacteria) samples in a bacteriology lab for 3-4 days to facilitate identification of what forms grow out from sample. Seek help worthy trust.
