Chemotherapy: The standard of care for all in 2013 -is combination of chemotherapies. Rituxan (rituximab) which is an antibody againsts cd 20 will be incoorporated to the chemo regimen if cancer expressing cd20 +. Genetic profiling evaluation is very important in acute leukemia-not only for prognosis but also hopefully soon to help us in treatment selection. Discuss in detail with your oncologist/hematologist.
