Chemotherapy: Successful treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (all) requires chemotherapy using multiple different drugs. Treatment of the spinal fluid is also needed. There are many different combinations that can be used and treatment requires multiple cycles of therapy. In some cases a stem cell transplant will also be used.
