Stop using them: Of you developed rash after using all 3 , then you should stop using them and once resolves may introduce one after the other to check what are you allergic to. Meanwhile if rash are itchy try OTC Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream and Hydrocortisone cream for NO MORE than a week. If spreading and painful you should seek medical advise to make sure you do not have infection.
