my skin is unusually dry, its cracking. my heels are very bad, dry skin are peeling off in big flakes . i changed to goat milk soap, using cerave and cetaphil for my face wash. add humidifier at nite. pls advise what else do i need to do? thanks

Dry skin: Creams work better than lotions for moisturizing such dry skin. The way you described the extent of dryness, it is important to have a physician take a look at the skin to determine if it is some skin condition other than dryness.
