The head of my penis appears dry and has a few areas that looks like it had been peeling. i use moisturizer and have been abstaining. any ideas?

Penis and Skin: It is very common for men who are going to develop psoriasis to have this start on their penis first. The other common problem that could be what you describe is a yeast infection. I would get to your family doctor to see if this is indeed psoriasis.
