Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. However the bumps are likely to be slightly enlarged lymph nodes. Pay attention to your scalp and oral hygiene. You may watch and wait. If the bumps get bigger or painful, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
