I got my ear pierced 2 years ago and it swollen until now. it's a big bump, painless most of the time. what can i do about it? is it serious? thanks

Keloid scar: If the area is hyper pigmented, it may be a keloid scar.

Not likely serious: This is either a hypertrophic scar or keloid and may benefit from pressure therapy and possible steroid injections.
