When i ask my pcp what to do about some female problems i have she doesn't respond. nor refer me to a gyn. this had been going in for over a yr. help!

Ask PCP again: If you have to have a referral from your PCP for insurance to cover the GYN MD visit, then ask her again in a polite way, that you would prefer a GYN MD to assess your 'female problems" If you do not need a PCP referral, simply make a GYN MD appointment as they are much more expert in "working up" your problems.
