Tsh level was 1.8 a year ago and t4 free was 1.06. now a year later tsh is 4.34 and t4 free was 1.27. gyn says start meds and pcp says no. advice?

No medication: Your free T4 levels are normal , your free TSA a year ago is in normal limit. Your current TSH is little high or borderline elevated depending to the laboratory, I would go with you PCP for the time being.
