I have right achey pain from below my ribs to my upper back and nauseous on and off since november . saw gyn and had an ultrasound .. negative for ovarian cysts, fibroids , iud misplacment and endometriosis. pcp didn't think it waw my gallbladder.

Gallbladder: Hi, considering the location of pain it sounds more like gallbladder or liver issue. You should have an ultrasound gallbladder related. And have your liver enzymes checked, and your bilirubin levels checked.
