OB: Unless your pcp is trained and certified in obstetrical care, a pregnant woman should be followed by her ob. You may be asked to wait for the appointment until the time of your second missed period depending on the physician and as long as you don't have problems.

Get a new PCP: Many ob/gyn groups in will advise a first visit around 10 weeks from your lmp, so that's quite a way off, if like most women you've tested within days of your missed period, or 4-5 weeks of pregnancy. It sounds like you should be shopping for a new pcp, particularly if you've got a poor relationship. You should have respect for your doctor. There should be someone else in the group you can see.
