Talk to MD: Anxiety can cause many strange feelings & sensations especially when a panic attack hits. That said, you should discuss this dizzeness and lack of balance with your therapist & md since it may be unrelated. Dizziness is not genearlly related to anxiety but anxiety can make a small amout of dizziness feel more problematic than it is.

Anxiety: Anxiety can produce many physical symptoms, including dizziness, tingling extremities, chest pressure, rapid breathing, nausea, feelings of choking, etc. This can happen even without the emotion of anxiousness. However, you can also have multiple conditions -- anxiety plus other problems causing dizziness, such as dehydration or vestibular problems. See your primary care doctor about this.
