Get worked up: You are young for menopause and should have a metabolism that would easily manage 1400 Kcal without weight gain. I am worried about possible thyroid disorder or other similar problem make sure everything is normal before you start any diet program or pill. I admire your efforts at exercise and caloric restriction I hope it leads to your desired wait for you soon!
