I drink caffeine daily a lot.. i'm 20. can this play a potential role in why my asl was 270 and ast was 235. us of liver unremarkable. dr will retest ?

Not likely: Caffeine does not cause elevations in liver enzymes. Do you drink alcohol or consume large amounts of acetaminophen? Any supplementals? These may be a cause. Your physician will likely repeat these tests even with normal ultrasound. Fluconazole use should also be evaluated as it can cause these elevations.
