Need more: B"sdCheck since presumably TSH level (most sensitive blood test for thyroid status) should be very high. Depending on your situation an endocrinologist would get you in range by doubling dose then re test in 2 months (it takes 2 months for thyroid levels to stabilize). Then to get it perfect, usually TSH around 1 - smaller dose adjustment at 2 month intervals.
