Fly in nose: In general if you do not have signs of infection like tenderness, redness, swelling or fever, sinusitis , persistent headache then likely it is benign. Over the next 2-3 weeks would observe for any changes. I would not use a neti-pot .nasonex (mometasone) like sprays at this time until cleared by a doctor-as you don't want to promote infection.
