Sinusitis: You have sinusitis which could be caused by a cold or allergies. In either case consult your doctor for evaluation and treatment.

Fever, drainage: If you have a fever, then you most likely have an infection. Allergic nasal drainage tends to be clear. Nasal saline may relieve sinus pressure and headache, but please follow up if you are not improving.
