Stress fx vs Mortons: My 1st thought was Morton's neuroma (http://goo.gl/E41EBm). But if you've been jumping off 10M platform, then I need to worry about stress fracture. See your Family Doc, Sports Med or Ortho for xrays +/- bone scan +/- MRI. If you're older who hadn't been jumping off things, I'd wonder about gout. So take a few days off practice & see if you feel better. Good luck!

Nose or toes dive.: There is a lot more structure to the area than meets the eye. You have injured, to some extent, one or more of these structures. A good evaluation should be able to isolate the possibilities. Irritation of the flexor tendons or sesamoid bones are a possibility. Best to have it checked out sooner rather than later. Left untreated, your problem could get a whole lot worse.
