Foot Pain: May be normal variant, or you have some anatomic issue e.g. Flat foot, etc. Check with your pediatrician, s/he may refer you to a podiatrist.

Foot pain: The 1st thing that i would do is try a different shoe. If this is not helpful your local podiatrist can look into this for you.
