Possibly swelling : You should bring your symptoms up with all doctors that are giving you medication. The finding could be a warning that your migraine is about to start, it could be medication-related, and with the description of the strea it could be that you have intermittent swelling of that area with numbness when swollen and the stria when not. You need to be seen when you are having symptoms.

Have you: used a different cosmetic?????? It sound like your skin (facial) is DRY and badly needs a HYPOALLERGENIC Moisturizer! There are many available OTC however you should consider a referral (by your Primary Care Provider) to a Dermatologist/Cosmetician! Hope this helps! Dr Z
