Can be: numbness in hands and fingers very common in pregnancy. As long as you do not develop weakness or clumsiness in your hands, would not be worried. Almost always resolves after pregnancy. Any issues with vision change, increased tingling, increased blood pressure or significant increase in swelling (ALL women have some swelling but a sudden or significant change) you should see doc asap.
