Neurologist requested mri due to severe headaches, migraines, numbness, etc. nurse called, result is angioma "not serious". could that be the cause?

Venous angiomas: or developmental venous anomalies(DVAs), if that's what the nurse is referring to, are generally incidental findings and, in the vast majority of cases, of no clinical significance and requiring no treatment. So it is unlikely to be the cause of your symptoms, but you should discuss the results with your doctor if you have questions.
