Yday i finished taking my last dose of clomid (clomiphene). today i have severe headache more like migraine ache. do i need to call my doctor ?

Depends...: ...On how severe. If you've never had headaches like this you may need examination and/or imaging to assure there is nothing going on in your brain. This can be a side effect of the clomid, (clomiphene) especially if you are prone to headaches/migraines.
