Unclear....: Do you mean having stone-related symptoms for > one month but still not passed yet or having passed many stones over a month? Taking more than a month or few months to pass a stone is does happen occasionally. The pace to pass a stone from kidney through ureter to bladder widely varies among individuals depending on the size & shape of stone and the functional state of ureter to propel the stone.
